If your knowledge is so-so or iffy on this software, definitely plan to take these courses; the software is required in almost every program here at IOT Modesto.
Students in culinary use Excel for food costing and employee schedules, while Word is used for independent studies projects. Each program requires the use of Word for projects and assignments, and most programs require students to make presentations using PowerPoint.
